I recently purchased a pair of eye glasses from the Chinook Center Clearly store. The customer service was very good. The person that helped us was friendly, and offered suggestions without being intrusive. A few weeks later I received my glasses in the mail and encountered a similar problem to the glasses I returned earlier to Bailey Nelson. The distortion in the lens makes the glasses nearly unusable. Unless I look straight out the center of the lens there is significant distortion. As I write this the top and bottom of my monitor are bowing out. The distortion also affects depth perception. The glasses I purchased at Bailey Nelson were much worse. Unusable, and even dangerous. This is a direct result of the lens quality. Up until this point I have always purchased Nikon lens for my glasses. They are more expensive but I have never encountered any problems with distortion. You get what you pay for. $150 for clearly eye glasses with their highest quality lens including frames. $600 for Nikon lens plus whatever you pay for frames. I was told by an employee of clearly (not the same one that helped me pick out my glasses) that they use Essilor to produce the lens. This is the same company that lens crafters and other big name eye glass company's use for their lens. If you have had good results from one of those stores, I would recommend Clearly. For reference my script is -3.25 in both eyes.

One contact was faulty but they won't help me

The first contact lens I put in my eye was faulty (an issue I have been having with biofinity for a while now) but Clearly won't help me without a copy of my current RX. This despite the fact that I was allowed to order the contacts without my current RX, and the next two lenses in the box were perfectly fine, and the fact that I worked in the eyecare industry for 15 years, as an employee of Clearly's parent company before finally quitting last month. Guess I get what I deserve when I order from a Luxottica owned company.

First time buying contacts online
September 4, 2021

At first I didn't know which brand to buy since there's many that are available on the website. Then I saw the option to buy small boxes so I bought 1 pack of 30 Splash One Day (They are stiffer than the Everclear and Biofinity, I usuallly use Biofinity month for reference) I was also given the option to try another brand Everclear from Clearly, which I fell in love with because its really comfortable to use and fits my eyes well. I think one pack of 5 is good to try since its 2 wears (if you have same prescription for both eyes) and they give you free shipping with the promotion.

I placed my order and was given a delivery date. The date then got pushed back by a few weeks so i cancelled my order. Cancelation goes thru but they never gave me my money back.
Sending emails back and forth they kept giving me dates of when they will give me my refund. 4 emails with 2 Clearly operators and 1 month later and THEY STILL HAVEN'T GIVEN ME MY MONEY BACK. CUSTOMER SERVICE LIES, and now they don't respond to my email. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

While we'll always take a pre-authorized hold of the funds when an order is placed, then release the authorization and follow it with the actual charge once the package is shipped.
