I find ordering contacts from clearly always easy and fast. Got Air optic coloured contacts this time in grey and hazel. They got shipped and delivered within the week and I'm enjoyingy new look.
I put my glasses on, when I move my eyes to the side the lenses becomes blurry. When I'm reading a book the centre of the page is clear while the sides of the page are blurry.
Great service and I'm impressed with the service. The glasses and lenses were great. I'd recommend this to friends and family looking for a good service!

I called up the call center and placed the other. The customer rep was very nice and the order was processed smoothly and I received the glass pretty quick

I've used Cleary twice now. Contacts are about half the price that I get charged by my optometrist, and always arrive quickly. I'm definitely a convert.
Everything from finding what I needed to actually receiving the product was seamless! Quick shipping and even included a little treat. Will definitely order again!
Have historically received a few contact lenses with rough edges or proud etchings, causing eye irritation. Hoping this batch fares better.

Not bad glasses. Should have more examples on why to get thinner lenses when selecting. I feel like now that ive realize the difference it would be an ez sell

Excellent. Lenses arrived quickly with no issues. I would absolutely 100% use Clearly again but perhaps might pick them up in Vancouver to avoid the shipping charge.

Never have any issues and always fast delivery. I personally like doing everything online instead of many appointments to purchase contacts with my optometrist.
Answer: Hi Dan - what you're seeing is the pre-authorization hold being taken and released so we can actually take the payment upon shipping out. On a regular credit card this is pretty invisible (a pending payment becomes an actual charge), but because the only way to apply a pre-authorized hold of funds on a credit-debit is to have the processor remove them from the bank balance and hold them between your account and Clearly's, it looks more like a charge, refund, charge. In either case, Clearly only receives the funds the one time once the order ships out!
Answer: Oh no! We're truly sorry to hear about this and apologize for the late reply. If the prescription is correct, one more piece of information you want to verify is the PD (Pupillary Distance), as it is not always showing on the prescription. If it is not, and the PD is showing 63mm (or 31.5/31.5) on our receipt, this means the PD by default may have been entered when placing the order. This measurement is important as it allows us to cut and place the lenses in the frame in order for your eyes to focus right at the middle of the lens, to ensure comfortable and perfect vision. If the PD was incorrect, or if you're experiencing eye strain despite a correct PD, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-414-2326, or via chat or email through our website with your order information. We'd love the chance for them to trouble-shoot the issue and help with any adjustment if necessary. - SH
