My fault...

Lens prescription is fine but the frames don't fit that well. I should have paid more attention to the frame numbers on an older pair of better fitting frames and submitted that infor on the order.

Great service and fast delivery!

Damaged

I got my contacts but the package was damaged and lost 2 pairs of the six due to packaging being damaged but had no choice but to accept them due to not having anymore for driving.

Great service and prices

Glasses arrived on time. I also had great service at the Robson store when they fixed the arm length so they wouldn't fall off... at no charge. I have a small head.

Crappy Quality and poor Client Service

This is the second order that the workmanship on the frames have been poor. I will return the items.
Also, I am still waiting for a refund from an order that I returned back in July.

The colour was not the same as it appeared online

Ordered July 13, not the first time, used them for prob 15 years and never an issue. Last order 2 of my items are not available through the manufacturer so contacted support who told me i cannot cancel cause it's been more than 2 hours since I've ordered, then told me I'd get a refund, two weeks later didn't get refunded so contacted again and was told that I'd get a refund when I shipped back the items, how do I ship back something you never sent me? So I have three items, two unavailable, they won't refund, they won't send the one available, and when I get angry qt the rep on the chat they say "thank you so much for understanding" called customer service 3x today and eaxg time said 10 min wait. First time waited 15 before requesting call back, second 22 min then 35 plus. Each time when requesting call back they called from a 604 number, I answer and it rings twice, goes to dead air for approx. 2 min then disconnects. Have screen shots of all of it. You can see my call, time waited then callback requested, they called back within 5 min of me hanging up yet dead air then disconnect...called number back and put me right back in the queue
