Great shape my glasess, but the screws were made too short for the lense frame. One of the screws came off, so i had to replace it with an old eye glasses screw.
I reordered my contact lenses. Everything was easy. Only thing I wish is when I select my items it would stay on page to select more. You select one item and it takes you straight in the cart.
Had a great experience buying glasses from clearly, it was quick and easy, one pair had a bit of a defect but they replaced them immediately and I had the fixed pair with in a week or so

The order came and was what expected. The frame selection on video online is a bit difficult to judge and I ended with pair to return. NO problem with return or refund and my second pair work well.

Customer service was great and delivery was quick. I put in the wrong prescription by mistake and I was able to make an exchange quickly and easily without any hassle or inconvenience.
I felt I was kept in the loop for information! I have not tried the contact lenses yet, however it is the brand I always get so I'm sure they are fine

This company is excellent to deal with. I had problems with 2 different pairs of glasses I got and they took them back and issued a credit, no problems, no delays. Would highly recommend them.

I ordered my contacts and the confirmation email stated that my order will not be delivered for about 4 days (which was 100% fine) and it got delivered within 2 days! I was super pleased
I accidentally left ordering more contacts late until just before i had to leave on vacation. They arrived quickly, so i had them in time and didn't have to go the whole vacation without contacts.
I cannot speak highly enough of Clearly!
Twice I made a mistake on my order and and they still came through!

I ordered a pair of graduated lens glasses - could not see with them. They replaced with a different pair with a larger frame as apparently the first pair couldn't accommodate a graduated lens (nobody said a word about that before), then I was asked for the focal length, which after consulting my optometrist I was advised that was on the prescription - apparently someone couldn't read a prescription. After receiving the second pair, I was only able to see distance if my chin was essentially on my chest and I looked through the very top, close distance was good to 3 feet, needless to say the second pair was of even less use than the first. When I contacted customer service, I was told to return the glasses and they would issue a refund. I returned the glasses and was contacted by customer service and advised they were the wrong glasses and said what frame was returned (the name of the first pair of glasses), when I advised her of that, she promptly hung up.
In summation - if you have money to throw away, these are the people to deal with!

I needed contacts and these workers mere the best available price for good quality. I knew they would be good quality because I had previously worn this brand.
I am usually happy with the delivery time with clearly contacts but the last time seemed to take extra long.
Give yourself a couple of weeks for delivery.

I've been ordering contact lenses from Clearly for years and the process was always easy and the shipping very quick. In December, I ordered contact lenses and it kept showing a shipping delay. I contacted Clearly and they told me it was a supply issue and to wait another two weeks. After over two months of waiting, I visited my optometrist and was told the brand had been discontinued for months. I got a refund but was very unhappy that I had waited for nothing while Clearly held my payment. I decided to give them another try. I ordered contacts, received no confirmation and no estimated shipping date. I do wear a toric lens which is sometime a special order but has always been quick with Clearly. I followed up on the chat and they could not provide an estimated shipping date. I asked for a refund and was told my refund would take up to 10 days due to system access. I've placed the order elsewhere and will not order from Clearly in the future. The people at the contact centre have always been helpful but the quality of service and availability has declined dramatically in the last year.
The contacts took two weeks to ship - the price is virtually the same had I ordered from my optometrist- $5 savings - but took a long time to arrived.

Answer: Hi Dan - what you're seeing is the pre-authorization hold being taken and released so we can actually take the payment upon shipping out. On a regular credit card this is pretty invisible (a pending payment becomes an actual charge), but because the only way to apply a pre-authorized hold of funds on a credit-debit is to have the processor remove them from the bank balance and hold them between your account and Clearly's, it looks more like a charge, refund, charge. In either case, Clearly only receives the funds the one time once the order ships out!
Answer: Oh no! We're truly sorry to hear about this and apologize for the late reply. If the prescription is correct, one more piece of information you want to verify is the PD (Pupillary Distance), as it is not always showing on the prescription. If it is not, and the PD is showing 63mm (or 31.5/31.5) on our receipt, this means the PD by default may have been entered when placing the order. This measurement is important as it allows us to cut and place the lenses in the frame in order for your eyes to focus right at the middle of the lens, to ensure comfortable and perfect vision. If the PD was incorrect, or if you're experiencing eye strain despite a correct PD, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-414-2326, or via chat or email through our website with your order information. We'd love the chance for them to trouble-shoot the issue and help with any adjustment if necessary. - SH
