Nice choices of glasses for a decent price. The lens could have been 50 $ more expensive and my insurance would still have covered it. My favorite product was just this one!
Got scared to buy glasses online. Went to the store to take my measurement and it was very easy.
Contacts were ordered before Christmas, and arrived in two days! Unfortunately, the wrong order was received, but Customer Service was excellent. Received correct order, and return shipping label to return what I received in error within 5 days.
Got one pair of prescription glasses and they are great. Website allows you to try on the eyewear with your camera. Came with a nice case, and cleaning cloth. Will be ordering prescription sunglasses in the near future!
Filters on frame selection didn't work well when trying to stack filters. The function to picture the frames on your face is a little misleading, so be cautious. The lenses are at an odd angle to the frames (from a side view) compared to what I think is normal. Other than that, the overall quality seems to be ok, and I can see clearly so the prescription is ok
I have been a long-standing customer with clearly and have made several purchases all but one order was not to my satisfaction and clearly was quick to refund my purchase. I have recently purchased a new pair of readers and they are awesome and fit perfectly! Also, I was alerted by clearly of a sale/promotion they were having and I was happy they did as it save me also $100 on frame and lenses (special blue light lenses offered to protect my eyes from blue light while working on my computer)
Great company and will order more glasses in the future when I need to

Lens prescription is fine but the frames don't fit that well. I should have paid more attention to the frame numbers on an older pair of better fitting frames and submitted that infor on the order.

Went into the store for an eye exam and to purchase new glasses, everybody was so lovely, kind, and helpful.
Shipping took slightly longer than expected because of the floods in BC, but online customer support was also super helpful in explaining the situation and giving me an updated estimated timeline.
Glasses came in and were perfect!
This is my second pair of glasses I've purchased from Clearly. I love that I was able to get reasonably priced eyewhere that is fashionable and great quality.
I like ordering online because I don't have to waste time going to the stores, and I can do it late at night when I finally have time:-)

I received my eye glasses a couple of days after I bought it. However, I'm having problems with the grade of my distance eye glasses. Everything is still kind of blurry. I have to go back and have it rechecked.

The eyeglasses arrived quickly. They are really cute and a great price.
All good, from initial in store visit to options available to try on. It was a shame the options online that weren't available in store. With shipping delays, I couldn't wait the several weeks it would take to get samples in so went with a nice sale frame & my order arrived on time.

First time ordering glasses from clearly.ca and it was quite an easy process. The price for the glasses was amazing and I actually like them better then the name brand glasses from my optometrist and they were a fraction of the price.
Answer: Hi Dan - what you're seeing is the pre-authorization hold being taken and released so we can actually take the payment upon shipping out. On a regular credit card this is pretty invisible (a pending payment becomes an actual charge), but because the only way to apply a pre-authorized hold of funds on a credit-debit is to have the processor remove them from the bank balance and hold them between your account and Clearly's, it looks more like a charge, refund, charge. In either case, Clearly only receives the funds the one time once the order ships out!
Answer: Oh no! We're truly sorry to hear about this and apologize for the late reply. If the prescription is correct, one more piece of information you want to verify is the PD (Pupillary Distance), as it is not always showing on the prescription. If it is not, and the PD is showing 63mm (or 31.5/31.5) on our receipt, this means the PD by default may have been entered when placing the order. This measurement is important as it allows us to cut and place the lenses in the frame in order for your eyes to focus right at the middle of the lens, to ensure comfortable and perfect vision. If the PD was incorrect, or if you're experiencing eye strain despite a correct PD, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-414-2326, or via chat or email through our website with your order information.
