Ordered glass at beginning of December 2021, after several phone calls, I was told that it's coming from India. After 6weeks I received it. Previously my order would have arrived within a week with another Optomalogist. I regret changing my business. I would not be using Clearly's service anymore and would not recommend them to family or friends.

Yes! I received my order but it was constantly delayed for over a week! No fault of Clearly's service! Their service was awesome! And i love my glasses! The bad service was the postal service where i live!
Had some issues with the 2 previous pairs. Clearly got in contact with me that day and we resolved the issues. Honestly very impressed with how everything was handled and the amazing people I dealt with.

I placed my order and recieved it in a timely manner. To my surprise they sent a little bit of eye candy, they were delicious btw. I love the fact that they are a Canadian company.
I ordered contacts that were listed on their website as available and were supposed to ship in 5 days. After purchasing I received an email saying that the product was on back order and that my estimated delivery date was in over a month away (I would've cancelled the order at this point, but I did not have the time or energy to call to do so). If I knew they were just ordering from the supplier and it was going to take a month and a half, I would've just gone to Costco instead. They automatically offered me a $10 off coupon for the delay, but the coupon expires in 3 months from issue, so not very useful. Just go to Costco instead.

I am very happy with my glasses. The glasses came and were exactly as expected. They are inexpensive so no, they won't be/feel as sturdy as your $300 pair you might have, but they sit as measured, and the lenses are done to the script you provide. Very pleased.

Answer: Hi Dan - what you're seeing is the pre-authorization hold being taken and released so we can actually take the payment upon shipping out. On a regular credit card this is pretty invisible (a pending payment becomes an actual charge), but because the only way to apply a pre-authorized hold of funds on a credit-debit is to have the processor remove them from the bank balance and hold them between your account and Clearly's, it looks more like a charge, refund, charge. In either case, Clearly only receives the funds the one time once the order ships out!

If the prescription is correct, one more piece of information you want to verify is the PD (Pupillary Distance), as it is not always showing on the prescription. If it is not, and the PD is showing 63mm (or 31.5/31.5) on our receipt, this means the PD by default may have been entered when placing the order. This measurement is important as it allows us to cut and place the lenses in the frame in order for your eyes to focus right at the middle of the lens, to ensure comfortable and perfect vision. If the PD was incorrect, or if you're experiencing eye strain despite a correct PD, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-414-2326, or via chat or email through our website with your order information.
