Claire's Stores

So basically I walked into Claire's with my mom 2 hours before they were supposed to close. As soon as we walked in, the employee said she had no coverage and that the store was closing early. Me and my mom didn't have any notice about this, and if she had something important to do I completely understand, but she was kinda rude about it. I had been waiting all day to buy a friendship necklace for me and my friend. Good store, but employees are sometimes rude.

I went to get an ear piercing at a Claire's store and the clamp got stuck in my ear with the earrings used for piercing. They had to use pliers to break it apart ripping my earlobe. I was then advised to call their customer service number to get their advise on what to do. I called several times and could not get a hold of anyone and left multiple messages. Up until today, I still haven't heard back from their customer service.

Poor balance, hard to get time off, expect a lot Even if there's only 2 people working in the store, lots of meetings outside of store hours for management, don't really want to promote established employees, they even will expect you to close your own store to keep another one open

Cheap merchandise and lazy customer service. I ordered hair clips online and one broke right away when received. I called customer service to get a replacement. I was told to call nearby stores and to purchase again. I called 2 stores near me and no luck. The closest store that had a replacement was close to an hour away from me so I had to pay for shipping again. I was even told on the phone to drive there and pick it up so i dont have to pay for shipping. Drive nearly an hour, wasting gas to pick up cheap hair clips lol. ABSOLUTELY NOT. Usually online customer service representatives find a replacement product and ship to customer for free. I am totally done with this store. Will gladly spend my money elsewhere.

I took my daughter to Boston Washington St location to get her ears pierced, Amanda helped us, after she finished piercing one ear was very up and the other ear was down very noticeable differences. I called, they advised us to take the up earring out and let it shot, they'll redo it again when they re-pierced it again second time they did it very low and the first pieced became up, very disappointing service. I will never suggest anyone to go there and get their ears pierce

Went to Claire's with my daughter. We always check the clearance rack among other things. They had a sign that said 12 for 12 off jewelry and hair. So we picked out 12 items along with other things and went to the cashier. Half of our items rang in for the 12 for 12 and the other half didn't. We went back and swapped them again and tried for 12 or 12. Still would not ring up right we went back a third time and everything we bought got was off the rack that said 12 for 12 and the third time they still didn't ring up right the clerks told us there was nothing that they could do even though we were picking hair and jewelry stuff from the cell rack not the first time that this has happened irritated that they don't honor what they say is the price.Don't go to Claire's in the pine ridge Mall in Chubbuck Idaho.

They don't tell you the flat rate to get your ears pierced. They tell you to look at the display of studs. Your cost will depend on which studs you pick for your ears. I walked in and walked out. The studs were too expensive. 2 stars cause the store was clean.

I go to my local Claires to shop and look around at anything that catches my eyes. But, one day when I went with my cousins I wanted to get my ears pierced. They all had their ears pierced except for the youngest one. I got my ears pierced the first time and everything was ok for a couple of months. But it started getting infected and crusty and gooey. It was overall gross, I took them out for about a year and then got them pierced again with my little cousin thinking I just did it wrong the last time. Nope! They got infected again. Don't get your ears pierced here go to a tattoo/piercing shop please!

Normally when I go got claires i walk out with stuff I like but it sadly sometimes breaks. But overall i like the store. I do not recommend this store if you want long lasting jewelry, but if you want to just buy fun stuff I would. I have never pierced my ears there but looking at the comments it seems i never will get another piercing by claires.

I got fake nails at claries in detroit lakes and half of them came with jewels but the other half didn't. My thumbs on both hands one had jewels and the other didnt the same goes for all of them. One had jewels and the other didn't. $14.99!

I'm only leaving this because you were playing Jackson Wang. You guys play bad music but at least you played 100 ways by Jackson Wang.

This store at Southgate mall In Missoula Montana is a neat clean store but they are rude to me and others. They sit on their phones and ignore customers.
I don't like the way the miss lead me with the buy 3 get 3 no one told me how it works and when I asked she wa rude. I won't shop at this store again.

Please avoid this store, after visiting yesterday, we have to visit hospital as well. Its look like, they don't want what they are doing. Store located on 523 Fulton Street, *******. Nobody call us even to ask how we are doing?

We went to get an ear piercing and the lady working today had to do it 4 times because she did not do it even. My ear is now infected and won't stop bleeding. Unbelievable

This lady pierced my earring onto my mask and my hair. I had to rip both my mask out and my hair out and it hurt. Not to mention it was super expensive! It was $80 and I didn't get the very good ear solution either. Never going back there again to get my ears pierced. Would have been cheap also to get it done professionally.

I was absolutely horrified when I saw the prices on the items in this store. The quality is mediocre at best. I picked up a pop it pencil case that looked like it should be about 5$ and it was 25$. All of the products are priced like this. It was shocking.
