I asked if I could by "one of each" CZ earrings for my left ear, pierced. Clerk said yes then charged me $171 for the two pairs. She lied and robbed me without apology.

Employee name Sharon in this location is great. Very helpful and friendly service. She also have happy energy which helps when she does my ear piercing. I just want to acknowledge Sharon for doing a beautiful job.

I was excited to take (3) of my Granddaughters to get their ears pierced at Claire's in November and they were patiently awaiting their coupons for free earrings. We have never received any coupons and they claim they have no record of the piercings even though we had to complete a waiver for each girl. I'm now being told by customer service that because I paid in one transaction/one receipt that only one of the girls will be eligible for the free earrings.
This sure would have been nice to know when the store happily collected $240 from me.

We took our 3 year old to get her ears pierced to Claire's bc she begged us to. Everything was going fine until the teenager piercing went to pierce the first ear and didn't do something right. She ended up pinching my daughters ear with it and no earring went in. My daughter was screaming and saying "no,no,no!" So I said "we can't do this, she doesn't want to now." The teenager told me she already opened the earrings so I'd have to pay?!?! My husband told her it was because she messed up that our daughter didn't want it now. Eventually she said she'd write the earrings off but I will never go back.
So my daughter went to have her ears pierced for the first time. She's 9. You can tell they are uneven! And I know for a fact that you guys do not train them properly. But yet you have them tell people that they know what they are doing! You really might want to get it together and train your employees right, especially when they are piercing people! I know you can afford it with all the overpriced merchandise not to mention the price of piercing and the jewelry! The only reason we took her to your store is because she likes your store and I thought well maybe they got their act together with ear piercing...NOPE I was so wrong! We won't make that mistake ever again!
Took my child here to get their ears pierced everything was going well then The second ear once done my child complained that it was way to tight they say it just feels that way I said are you sure because paying $80.00 is not cheap. The next morning their ear was swollen 3 times the size so I called them back they said my child must be allergic to the metal that doesn't make sense the other ear was just fine. Asked if I let the ear heal would they charge me again they said $50. They were not helpful and they knew it wasn't the metal as my child complained it was extremely tight. Took my child to a tattoo place a week later not only was it cleaner it was quick and less painful. Oh and it only cost $30. Not one issue with the same metal.
I placed an in-store pick-up order and it was canceled due to "unavailability", but, yet, despite several requests, they won't return the $10 reward I used on this order. Customer service is useless and inept. Won't be shopping here again.
I got my first piercing in August and I have cleaned them two times a day every single day with their cleaning solution. It is December now and despite how often I clean them or what solution I use they have been infected since September.
These employees are all Karens! They had the audacity to call the police on a black coworker trying to get her arrested to cover some BS. The Managers are unprofessional, always asking their employees for money, and they always looks as if they are on drugs. The store needs to be investigated and closed. The fact that you would secretly call the police to get an employee fired is disgusting. Please fire these Karens!
Too overpriced and not good quality, same stuff can be ordered by Temu or AliExpress for CHF1. Also no signs about the return policy! Only after you buy something the cashier informs the return policy is on the receipt. Staff also unfriendly. Will never return
I visited the Claire's store in Cielo Vista Mall in El Paso TX and the cashier was extreamly rude. I was there with my 3 girls mind you one is a toddler and she was rushing me the entire time I was trying to check out. The kids had received money for Christmas so I asked her to remove some items as they were past the budget and the cashier was annoyed and bothered. Other than the extremely high prices and the horrible customer service enough for me to not ever go back.
Claire's is a horrible place. They pierced my ear and they did it so bad that one it got infected and two it's at an angle. Now it hurts so bad to put an earring in my ear. I said just no one ever goes to Claire's ever again it's a bad place. It happened to the same thing to my mom my sister my grandma and my cousins. NEVER GO TO CLAIR'S!
Never buy earrings from this place. I bought three pairs of earrings from Clairs. The first and the second were okay, but the third one covered one of my ears in blood and both of my ears had to get repierced.
They can pierce ears but according to the clerk, they can't put in earrings you just bought there. Also no returns, including unopened with receipt. This was all blamed on state laws that do not exist. Several other places offered to help me put those earrings in and I didn't even buy them at their store. I'll never be back.
PS getting another set of piercings in my ears...across the mall, never in Claire's again.
I recently visited store #5777, Erica was amazing. Customer service exceptional. I live in Texas, never met her before. She explained to my minor children who now have 3 sets of ear lobe piercings each, the proper maintenance for their ears to prevent infection. It seemed if she genuinally cared about their well being and she kept a smile the entire time!
Worst service ever gets no stars from me, ridiculous I will never go in store or online... Keep telling me to wait and they can't find my shipment Ive forwarded on all details and. Proof and still no word just repeating the same email...
Every time i went there there would be a worker who would cuss at us, kick us out or make us put our bags down. We did not do anything but look around and talk about how cute some of the products were.
This review is more about a Manger aspect of the business as customer service on my behalf was awesome! There is absolutely no room for growth even if given the opportunity. I was given a ASM position only to constantly ask to be trained for this position. I started training on my own before so (by looking through books and completing financial figures). They are looking for someone to make money ONLY. They will only keep the same people on board and run everyone else off especially if you constantly show improvement. Your best luck is to keep great customer service you may need that in the long run. Just take pictures, notes, screenshots, and everything absolutely everything that will help you at the end. For I was deliberately lied on discriminated and humiliated before being terminated PUBLICLY!
I have been shopping at Claire's for years and even got my ears pierced there. The customer service is really very good. However, some of their products are extremely low-quality. I would stay away from stud earrings if I were you as many pairs I have bought from Claire's have broken.
