I had a very disappointing experience with City Furnish as a customer. I rented a double-door refrigerator that was delivered on 10 December 2025 and paid three months' advance rent.

As instructed by the delivery team, I switched the fridge on after the recommended waiting time. Within 30 minutes, the fridge started leaking from inside, and when opened, smoke and a strong burning smell came out. This was a serious safety concern and made the appliance unusable from day one.

What followed was even more frustrating. I tried reaching customer support multiple times. Calls stayed unanswered after waiting 15+ minutes, WhatsApp messages were ignored, and even the delivery person did not respond. During a situation involving an unsafe appliance, the lack of immediate support was extremely concerning.

Later, I was informed that the pickup would be scheduled in 7–10 working days, which felt unreasonable given that the issue was related to safety and not a simple service request. I am still waiting for clear communication on pickup and confirmation of a full refund.

Based on my experience, City Furnish needs to significantly improve product quality checks and how customer issues, especially safety-related ones, are handled. Transparency, faster response times, and accountability would go a long way in improving trust.

Absolutely rubbish customer service and delivery. They will commit something to get your money and will never meet their commitment. If in Mumbai definitely do not deal with Jatin.

N appliance they delivered malfunctioned in few days. They took 2 weeks to replace that too after a dozen follow ups with them (wasting a lot of our time) as no one is available on their WhatsApp/chat/IVR to speak to (as they claim in these channels). After emailing, they revert after 24 hours and disconnect the ringing call withing 3-4 seconds. When you call back on the missed call number, there is nobody to talk to. They provided no waiver for these lost 2 weeks of defective product. THIS COMPANY PROVIDES A LOT OF INCONVENIENCE ONCE MONEY IS PAID TO THEM. AVOID AVAILING THEIR SERVICES. YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY AND THEY WILL GIVE DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AND CAUSE A LOT OF INCONVENIENCE WHEN IT COMES TO POST DELIVERY (after money is paid) CUSTOMER SERVICES. NEVER OPT OF THEM. NoBroker is much better cost wise and customer response wise also.

The delivery was not complete and the washing machine outlet pipe was missing. The delivery person refused to help.
I tried reaching the helpline number as well but no response.

I spoke to one of your telemarketing person on 19th April and she assured me that i would be getting call immediately but no one has reached out yet. Also, she refused me connecting to any supervisor / manager.

Spoke to one of your telemarketing people on 20th April around 12.00 PM and a repair request was raised.
I requested him to get the outlet pipe organized at the earliest but until now nothing has moved.

As the rent is already paid and I feel stuck with choosing on CITY FURNISH. I have sent 3 reminder emails already and same are attached for further reference.

All this would be further shared in all possible social media as evidences just in case the issue is not resolved ASAP.

I have been chasing the customer care for last 1 month. But they have not refunded my security deposit.
The executive Sudanshu says that due to technical issue they are not able to pay.
I have lost my money! Please be aware to pay any amount.

Very bad service. Take so long in first taking an order and than never take customer care call. Only who do meditation a lot n are in no hurry can contact them or else forget it. There transportation people also Suck. My order suppose to be arrive in half n hr since morning n it's 8 pm now. Third class service. I wish I could have not given even one star too. They don't deserve any star.

I had ordered some furniture and appliances on Nobroaker and it got transferred to city furnish. I was called and told that they have scheduled the delivery of my furniture in the morning. I decided to take a day off from my work. I went to my unfurnished apartment early in the morning expecting them to come by 9:30 am. I waited since two hours to receive the delivery. Whenever you try to call them either you have to wait for long hours or your call is not accepted. By luck I was able to contact them and they coolly inform me that the delivery will only be in the evening. No value for people's time. Still waiting for my furniture. City Furnish should be more committed and learn to value people's time.

I want to rent a chair set on reasonable price. That helped a lot in setting up all the goods & behaved very well.
