They took around 8400. 00 in advance for the name of advance rent and security and assured me for good service for some furniture and after 5 days of my payment they refused me just through a rendom method.
I was an low income guy facing many problems after lockdown am not even afford to buy furniture so I plan to rent it so that my 2 month old daughter will sleep on bed during this winter
But on delivery date when I follow up by myself they denying me by stating that they need the rent agreement on every people who is going to stay in house and they start asking for further payments of rent
They want me to link my account with thier server which am not comfortable as I got scammed recently by some other website. I offered them advance rent of whole tenure and extra money for security but they only want me to connect my bank details with them... am wondering they are selling such data to scammers that is why they are forcing me to do it.
Today 26oct is the date which I fixed for shift to new house and city furnish to deliver but they deny and I can't shif without furniture but my pocket is not allow me to pay one month extra rent to my current property owner which is *******
Even he has already arranged new tenant so he came to me and ask me to leave house
Now am standing out of my building with my two month baby
It is very polluted in new Delhi with quite cold for 2 month infant
I have no option left only suicide is the way I can do, they harassed me badly our social life is become so disrespect if we become homeless

I have used their service for over 18 months.
The service is very poor along with the products.
They even once tried to take my money (Rs. *******) from my card. Fortunately, I had already used the limit & the transaction got bounced. They would never pay your security deposit back.
They promise cleaning & maintenance but never do it. When you return the furniture, they charge for damages caused by just simply using the product. For example, A 3 seater Sofa - A sofa is meant for sitting & relaxing, since they never maintained it in the tenure, they said "Sofa ka Foam damage ho gaya hai", & I am like WTF? If your SOFA was not durable enough then why would you give it to the customers. This is not it. They never gave me back my Security deposit for any of the appliances. Washing machine, bed, Mattress, everything was damaged as per their statement. You don't believe me, try out yourself & get mentally unstable during the tenure.
I have now ignored that money as a donation to such a poor company which survives on stealing customers money & i can't believe how they are able to sleep at night with the food inside their stomach from customer's stolen money. I also offered them more money so that they don't do the same with other customers.

I am using this renting service for a long time and now also uses it. I got my living room furnished with cityfurnish. I recommend it to bachelor's newly married and emigrants the can use this service and also people who are fond of furniture. I've rented a bed with mattress, and a table and chair set from Cityfurnish. The took more than 2 weeks to deliver the product and its already been a week since I placed a return request with zero conversation from their end. I have been following up repeatedly, and they have also heavily increased their monthly rates on all furniture on which they are calculating the new cancellation charges, which are incredibly high.

My experience with them has been horrible and I implore everyone reading this to not put yourself through such a pain. The economical cost and good quality products are not enough to offset their horrible customer service and operational inefficiency.

I am not satisfied with the services of cityfurnish. Initially, the customer care executives were giving unnecessary reasons for not completing the process and now when I am asking for my refund of Rs 1800, neither they are receiving my calls nor replying on my mails. It seems that they don't want to refund my money. Compared to this, the other services are good and providing quick services with minimum processing steps.
Also, based on other's reviews, now I am 100% sure that the company is not for providing quality services but for increasing problems of the customers. In future I will never recommend this site to anybody.

What a nightmare! Lucky you if first delivery you get what you ordered... it was not my case, but they will try. They delivered different items, some of them even broken, let's check if you accept them... unfortunately I was not at home the day they brought, what a big mistake. Everything came super dirty, extremely dirty... once at home and after several cleaning hours, I started the complain process... get ready for the worst service I have ever seen in my life. From the delivery guy to the top management in that company the service is crap. They do not talk each other, they don't care, they promise to call back which never happens (including top management!)... really, stay away of them. What ever you will receive can only be replaced after six months even if it is damaged, or you have to pay for the transport. After two months i had to cancel the full order, it took me a week to get an answer from them for collecting the items and I had even to do myself the final bill! Otherwise they wanted to make me pay full! Really Unbelievable. I move now to Furlenco, and I feel like heaven, even the sales representative has come to my place several times to check.

Payment was taken very promptly, received an email with regards to confirmation of the product, however next day received another email. Stating delay,

Did not receive any calls... only emails. Company does not believe in customer service. Even after making several complaints. The only reply i received was either you wait or cancel the order.

I cancelled the order and now have to wait for another 7-10 days to get my money back, I have already spoken to a lawyer. As due to their false commitments. Now i am in a loss.

Stay away from City Furnish. (Just false promises)
