Not only has it smoothed out "crepe" skin, it has made my skin incredibly soft! I have only been using it everyother day. Can't wait to see what it does when used daily!

I really do notice a difference when I use this creme. For my arms in particular, as well as my neck.

I ordered the lip plump, on 03/26 I received an email with a tracking number stating it was shipped. A week or so later, the tracking still said "label created". I contacted them, they said due to delays and the increase volume carriers were not updating scans (never heard or experienced this one before). I gave it the benefit of the doubt, waited another week, same thing. I contacted customer service again, got the same answer. I replied that 2 weeks to update the scan is a little too much. I was asked if I would like a replacement order, I answer yes please. On 04/06 I received an email stating that they placed a replacement order for me and I would be receiving another email with a shipping confirmation and a tracking number on the next couple days. A few days later, still no email, I contacted them. Got the same reply about delays on carriers. I emailed them again saying that I wanted an answer to where my order was. Until today, no answer, sent another email. The products might be the best in the world but I'm never ordering anything else from them.

I have only been using this product for a short time but, I believe I can see some improvement. I now realize that the store-bought lotions and creams were just not doing the job.

Have just received item (crepe invisi) and have been using for a few days so still expecting some good results shortly.

I love these products, they feel so emolient and absorb well. So far my crepy arms have not changed much, but I am giving it more time. I am always in the sun ocean and pool so its hard to keep product on.
I have signed up for automatic monthly balm and hand cream. The hand cream is the best I have found, and has even lightened my brown spots from the sun. I recomend trying city beauty. And look for the special offers at the end of your order. They really save money.

This is a great product. I started to use last year and it was wonderful, then I bought more jars when it went on sale. It does help with the arm, neck or any parts of the body that needs to be trimmed. I love it and I recommend you using it.

Front of my legs thin translucent skin fragile, rips easily moves along the bone used this product for 7 days result skin no longer translucent, thicker not paper thin or fragile and beautifully smooth FIRST PRODUCT MAKER TJST HAS ITEMS THAT DO EXACTLY WHAT THDY SAY THE DO. We are so used to being disappointed it was with shock and totaly delight that I realised it worked.

The cream is very nice, rich, moisturizing and smells good. I think it makes my crepe skin look a bit better but the jar is so small and it is so expensive. I think in order to make any kind of real skin changes you need to use a good amount everyday but then you would be going through a jar every week which for most people is just not affordable.

Ordered the City Beauty Face cream as a one-off purchase a few weeks ago. He order arrived 10 days ago, which was fine, but them today I an email from them saying that they are "renewing" my subscription (which by the way I DID NOT ASK FOR), and they have taken over £100 from my account, a transaction which I did not authorise. I am fuming! I cannot get hold of the them by phone or email, but will keep trying as this is not on, and in my opinion fraudulent

I've been using invisicrepe body balm for a couple of weeks snd I'm starting to notice a difference, my skin is definitely smoother and less crepey..

I find this product really accomplishes what it claims. I have dry crepey skin on my legs & arms & have tried many products. Most have to reapply often & doesn't really help much beyond softening. This product really penetrates & softens the crepe texture. I've raved about it on Facebook to "naysayers". I feel it is worth the price & I have subscribed to it. So glad I found it.
