I didn't see a difference on the fullness part of this but really made my lips moisturized. I will continue to us for that.

My city lips experience was an overall good one. I really liked the product and how it did not irritate my extra sensitive skin with rosacea.

Plumps. Makes my lips supple and smooth. Doesn't irritate. I don't wear lipstick so this provides alternative Very pleased and will order again.
