Stumbled across this when looking for a way to get our new puppy during the virus. What a fantastic service and the bid approach with providers responding to questions and reviews made it easy to determine which drivers would meet our needs best. We used PLK and could not have been happier. Would use them again, even without virus concerns.
Allen who lives in MN was hired to bring my new mini poodle - 8 wks -home to me in Philadelphia. The 18 1/2 hr ride was a success. Allen was dependable and kept me informed of his progress during his travels. A gentleman 100%, kind and soft spoken. I would use Citizen shipper again.
Awesome service! I used the site to help find a kind, caring driver to transport my pup that I adopted from Texas to Florida.
Had to cancel my trip due to covid-19, citizenship refused a refund and is offering site credit only. Posted cancellation rules say there is a fee to the driver, but isn't clear that the site will keep the rest of the money. Terrible policy.
Citizenshipper is a site that connects people looking to have items/pets shipped, with people offering the shipping service. Clients are able t feel comfortable knowing that background checks have been preformed as well as getting to read other peoples experiences with shippers they are considering hiring.
If you're looking to make extra money, you live travel and are a softy for pets then this is for you.
I applied to drive and bid on jobs to transport some furbabies. Next thing I know I was banned and they asked my to send things like a drivers license etc. I complied then was told I was banned for life no explanation why. I'm a registered nurse and pet sit In my home with Rover all 5 stars as well as do rescue and I'm a foster on all proving I'm good at my job and loving to animals. No explanation and for life?

I’m sorry to hear that you had a bad experience as a driver for the platform; as you can see from some of the other complaints from customers, some drivers are not as careful as others and may not follow the rules set out for both customer and driver safety. If you’d like to drop an email to support@citizenshipper.com I will check out the ticket to see if I can clear up why you were banned from the platform. I may not be able to reinstate you, but it sounds like it is irritating and that you feel you never got an explanation. This is part of our promise to shipping customers, that we will carefully vet and even more carefully investigate drivers to ensure the platform is as safe as it can be. We also vow to protect drivers in the rare cases in which a shipping customer violates the terms of agreement or legal matters.

I really enjoy working for this company. I am on other load boards, but most of my deliveries I make through Citizenshipper. The reason is they give the driver control over their fees and charge the shipper less than other boards making the trips more profitable for the delivery and less costly for the shipper. Their website is easier to use, and still has all the important information.

I am beyond pleased with this transport company. I've never needed to use this type of service so I was very nervous. I was guided through the process and sent pictures and info at every stop. He arrived safe and happy, not remotely stressed. That was the best ending to this new puppy adventure. Thank you!

This site was easy to navigate. What I was needing I found right away and had really no troubles. Easy to post what I needed and had perspective drivers e-mailing me within an hour. There customer service online superb!

Thie site was easy to use and allowed me to connect with pet transporters in minutes who are experienced and back ground check. Drivers that were able to meet my demand reached out with their offers. This site made my pups transport stress free and successful.

Justin picked up our new dog in NY and delivered to FL. It was a 3 day trip. 1st day, the dog was naturally unsettled. By the time delivery came, the dog didn't want to leave Justin!

It was really easy to find folks interested in transporting my car and get a bid that fit my budget. Crystal was incredibly accommodating and I felt my cat was safe and happy the whole time with pics and video updates. Would definitely use this service again!
