I was sent the wrong product in the wrong size and all they would do is agree to refund the cost of the item IF I sent it back AT MY OWN EXPENSE EVEN THOUGH IT WAS THEIR ERROR. Item cost USD12. Postage cost USD17. So, very graciously, if I want to spend another USD17 on postage, I can get my USD12 back. Tried Paypal Customer protection buy they couldn't do anything for me as Chicic had agreed to refund the item only if I sent it back (which they knew I wouldn't because of the cost of freight). This company knows how to play the game with Paypal to leave your stuck with what they've sent you.
