1-You bother with too many emails, we are busy people reduce them at list 50% please.
2-It is OK YOU Make your money but dont wash your hands in the most important part, SHIPPING! MUST BE YOUR RESPONSABILITY!
3-YOU have the most important piece "the buyers " and they will buy stuff of 10 thousand to 1 Millon dollars with out minimum advice of how much will cost customs duty's …? That is insane, YOU must hire one of the 100 worldwide brokers to take care that and give us a piece of mind when buy abroad.
4- the most exiting and interesting part is buy from non dealers sellers, please involve more to let the buyer feel more confortable with them.

I bought a Tag Heuer from one of their dealers on Chrono24. It turned out to be a fake. When I traded it in the new dealer found this out. I've written several emails with documentation etc but they are basically ignoring the complaint, saying this dealer is no longer with them and now does not trade. Apparently it's up to me to sort it out. I've lost £850 and what makes it worse is they have been happy to take several thousand off me in other watch purchases.
