AND CHRONO24 ONLY AGREED TO REIMBURSE $150.00 FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING GIVING ME THE ONLY OPTION TO RECEIVE REIMBURSEMENT WAS THRU PAYPAL FROM WHICH PAYPAL WANTS TO CHARGE ME $6.90 IN ORDER TO WITHDRAW THE REFUND LEAVING ME WITH LESS THAN $150.00 IN REALITY I LOST IN FULL $267 IN THIS WATCH TRANSACTION.

The seller will then ship the package fully insured with signature required. Once the buyer receives the package, they have 7 days to report an issue.
