The purchse of a $5000 plus timepiece, sight unseen, is something that would make most sensible people nervous. I feel Chrono24 earned their commission by making the process as easy and safe as possible. First, I was able to find a very rare watch (a Blancpain 7002) that I have been seeking for a long time. Then, Chrono24 made the process of purchasing it completely secure. And the follow up on the international shipping was very helpful. The watch arrived safely and is exactly as represented by the seller. I couldn't be happier.

First time purchasing a timepiece through Chronos24, an excellent marketplace for those looking for quality timepieces at less cost than the UK high street. I saved £1k on a new Tag compared to the high street shops. Purchasing was straightforward, your money is protected in Escrow and is not released to the seller until you are completely satisfied with the goods. Where Chronos24 excel is in their communication, very clear, and in support. We had a delay in receiving our timepiece and Chronos24 were straight on it to put pressure on the seller. To be fair the German seller was also excellent despite the delays. I also like how you can record all your watches in your account and get a regular update on their current value. Will definitely use again next time I want a new watch!

Buying with Chrono24 is a pretty smooth experience. They took a few days longer than I would have liked to verify my funds. They also wouldn't let me change my shipping address as I was traveling out of state. I had originally intended to receive the watch at my original address but wanted to change due to fund verification delay. They wouldn't allow me to change the shipping address due to tax reasons. I do understand that but it could have been avoided by reducing the delay in fund verification. The dealer held the watch for me until I returned from my trip.

These guys know how to present a watch, do the right analyses and give the right information without the impression that you have to read a whole book. So far for the presentation. The watch was secured in a sealed bag with the notice to inform Chrono24 when it was opened before arrival. It wasn't! I received my watch in the condition I expected. I bought $10,000 his and her Breitling watches for our 25th anniversary. I paid for them with my Bank of America Visa who verifies my identity. After the took payment they ship the his watch and said they would not ship until they got permanent images of my passport and drivers license. When I said I was worried about identity theft they said don't worry we are a German company and data security is better than US... trust us. They said buying 2 watches is fraudulent activity. So now I'm stuck trying to get my money back and scrambling to find a hers watch for my wife. Don't Do Business with Chrono24
I bought a used Sinn EZM3 for my son's birthday. The transaction was easy, the watch was as described, arrived safely, well packed and well documented, and my son loves it.
