Chrono24

Have bought and sold several watches with chrono, some easier than others, but not their fault. Remember, this is a marketplace. Buy the seller, communicate with your buyer and it will all go smoothly. And goes without saying, they have TONS of watches, all flavors and price ranges. Overall great site.

I've purchased 2 watches from 2 different sellers. Both had the listings as available. Both were not. One from Germany took 5 weeks to restock. One from Japan took less than a week but when I went to the manufacturer's website to check warranty and if it was genuine, I find that the warranty has been activated 5 mths prior to sale. Not good!

This was my first purchase using Chrono24 and it was awesome! The site is easy to use and the buying process/structure in place creates a ton of confidence for buying such expensive pieces. I will definitely use Chrono24 again for a future purchase.

I really like using chrono 24. The only issues I have is when I try to pay, the payment goes through service my credit card companies do not use. Either myself or the seller has to contact chrono 24 in order to get my card accepted. I think it has do do with the type of security they us. However, despite that I feel chrono 24 is an excellent place to purchase a watch.

The site is beautifully designed and gives you access to thousands of watch ideas and options. The purchase and return process is very professional. I've also had to contact Customer Service who were very responsive.

Very Happy with my new watch purchase, everything went extremely well. Watch was received in the condition or better than advertised. Received the watch in 2 day from Italy to the US without any problems.

The procedure for purchasing a watch on Chrono24 is very good, however the "verification of funds" is very slow. I feel that purchasing a watch on Chrono24 is usually safe and recommended by me. But trying to speak with someone at Chrono24 can be (although not always) slow - especially on weekends.

Chrono 24 was an excellent advocate for me as the buyer, with a seller who sent a watch that needed minor work and was then slow to respond. Chrono 24 stayed on the case over several weeks and got me the outcome I desired. Very trustworthy

Quite happy with chronic 24. As well as the actual seller who was awesome! Was able to talk to a live person at
Chrono. After a few attempts. So I wish they were a little easier to contact on a personal level. Over all quite satisfied.
