This is the worse buying experience which I've ever had. First, their payment system is not working. I've tried to pay for the watches but could not. I wrote 4 emails, after 2 days-no response from their support, it just does not exist. I've called two times, they told me will pass the issue to tech department-no updates or resolution. Paid for calling to their German number that stated as support line-one simply does not work. Then they blocked my account without any explanation and withdrew my purchase. Instead of normally buying and paying for my watches, I spent 2 days and extra money for nonsense communication with this horrible website/platform. Do not buy anything there, this is a disaster!
I was pleasantly surprised with my experience on Chrono 24 purchasing a new 2024 Rolex and circumventing the registration and waiting process with the authorized dealer. Make sure you read the reviews of the dealer and do your homework before making your purchase. If you are looking for a new unworn Rolex you may pay a premium based on the model but I would highly recommend this site if you don't want to wait a year or more for your watch with the authorized dealer. I will be purchasing my next Rolex on this site.
Great company to deal with. The escrow account is a great idea. The dealers available through them are top notch. All questions answered. And the web site is very informative regarding procedures to get access to dealers/private sellers, and procedures on purchasing watches. Will definitely use site again!

Oyster Perpetual images were exactly the watch I wanted and received. Shipment was started the same day as payment was received with tracking information provided. Price was better than all other dealers and I couldn't be happier. Would buy from them again.
First time using C24 for a watch purchase. What I was not expecting was to pay sales tax as the watch was purchased out of State and the dealer is not required to collect sales tax from the State it was shipped to. The watch was delayed a few days for the escrow process.

I had to watch that I put a bit in that the seller found an issue with and tried to move money out of that escrow into another, which chrono said they could do. A day later. They said they couldn't do it had to cancel the order and refund my money. I had a few other issues with them on other items as well, I tried to buy another watch where Apple Pay was available, but then they came back and said Apple Pay is not accepted by their third-party. Their communication is very poor never providing explanations, why on the escrow transfer or the Apple Pay issue

The seller will then ship the package fully insured with signature required. Once the buyer receives the package, they have 7 days to report an issue. As long as no issues are reported, Chrono24 will automatically payout the seller after the 7 days (it typically takes a few business days for the bank to recognize the payout).
