La verdad, es que tengo alguna duda sobre la autenticidad de la correa comprada.
Mi duda se debe es que he visto otras que en el reverso llevan la marca del reloj, en este caso tendria que ser FORTIS y esta no trae nada.
Se supone que los fortis que he visto llevan correas de 20 mm y esta es de 24mm.
He decido NO DEVOLVER EL PRODUCTO, por el tiempo que me lleva dcha accion y por trabajo ando ocupado y no tengo disponibilidad de horarios para dicha accion y voy a intentar reformarla para dejarla en 20 mm o utilizar en otro reloj como 24mm, pero si es una replica el precio deberia de ser algo mas barata.
Purchase a watch from them based no their buyer protection plan. After waiting months for watch their response was contact seller. That went no where as I was told to contact shipper. I asked for refund and Chrono dragged their feet and were always evasive. When I demanded a yes or no to my refund request I never received a response and never heard from them again.
Great description of watches and clear info on dealers. The whole process was very smooth. I just wish you mentioned your service fee upfront not when I'm reaching for my credit card. Also, I wasn't clear as to sales tax the dealer may charge until the actual checkout (they didn't charge sales tax in my case). Overall, I like it!

The product took a while to arrive, but considering that the destination was the Canary Islands, that's fine. As I was impatient, I called Chrono customer service and was surprised by the treatment they gave me, since they did not make me wait on the phone and they provided me with an interlocutor who spoke Spanish. The product was exactly what I expected, I really liked it and it was in perfect condition, as well as very well packaged.
I had no problems buying, importing was smooth. FedEx sent me a DocuSign link, I think delivery was delayed by only a single day. Not bad importing a watch through customs. Seller provided all the customs info direct to FedEx.
I would definitely buy from these folks again. There was a 5 business day delay between my payment clearing and shipment, but I looked through these reviews and saw many people with the same comment. So just be aware, no need to freak out.
