Bought a watch in January, 2019. Package arrived
But watch was not inside. Fortunately I realised box was too light to contain watch and opened in presence of delivery driver. Reported to Chrono24.
Customer services have been rude and unhelpful.
Do not answer questions. I also reported to DHL
Who have done nothing. DHL IN Germany say I did not report loss to DHL locally despite me supplying
Two emails from them incl. Incident ref. Number.
Chrono24 told me I had to resolve with seller and could no longer help. Chrono24 still have my money and DHL will not resolve issue.

Chrono24 is an appreciated option when considering a purchase outside of an AD. Unfortunately, many popular watches cannot be purchased via conventional channel, and having a market place like Chrono24 is a valuable alternative.
When purchasing online, do your homework to research the seller, ask the questions you need answered to feel comfortable and stay within the Chrono24 communication channels.
I bought the watch I wanted, in the condition I wanted from a reputable seller and had a positive buying experience.
First time using Chrono24 and it was a good experience. Multiple automated and seller communications along the way to let me know where things were in the process. I would not hesitate to use Chrono24 again!
Firstly I feel very secure, it is the most important thing for me. Mostly the dealers are very polite and helpful and interest every details. I bought from here several watches and absolutely continue to buy.
Anyway I am enjoying too much although I am still pretty inexperienced in this area.
The order was cancelled by the seller due to time overlap when 2 buyers buying at the same time. I didn't get my watch, which is unfortunate. But the follow up by dealer and apps were quick, so the overall experience is still positive. Hiccup happens and they handle it well.
I had to assure my Credit Union that the charge from Lithuania (or wherever) was valid. It seemed strange to have to pay a foreign transaction fee on purchase from Ohio? Even with the fees, the total price was less than any other site I looked at carrying the same watch.
Chrono24 was a wonderful find for me when I first started learning more about watches. The verified dealers provide a huge sense of security when making investments of this nature, and the "watch collection" that shows the value of any pieces purchased through the website is hugely beneficial.

Unlike other sites I have used, this experience was top notch. Dealer was incredibly professional, product was spot on to description and I had the item less than 12 hours after purchase. Pricing was extremely competitive.
I paid for a watch using Chrono24 escrow system early November 2020 thinking it was the best/safe way to go its now April 2021 and no watch has arrived, 5 months after delivery was estimated at 14-21 days.
Seller and his postal system (Czech) allegedly wont declare the watch is lost, and Chrono24 wont release my money until both seller+ buyer agree,?... seller suggest i pay half the price of the watch so i can get my full refund from Chrono24, saying its fair because he has lost a beautiful watch from his collection.?
This to me is a definition of a scam, i maybe wrong though and will just have to wait it out.
Very disappointed with Chrono24 decision relative to this and will never use again and obviously never recommend it...

Hassle free watching buying experience and this was a huge comfort, especially when purchasing a fine time piece online. I was very happy with the service, communication and delivery of my watch. I would absolutely buy again from this dealer.
Great place to shop for watches under a secure situation. However, the valuation of your collection is almost useless. I would about 30-40% of my watches they would either have no value for or just copied the original purchase price.
The watch I bought fully meets my expectations. Good price, good quality and a simple and effective purchasing process.
Unfortunately, the chosen courier made additional charges to those paid for transportation.
I've never purchased a watch online, nor have I ever purchased anything from overseas. I'm not a watch collector and I was only looking for a simple replacement for a watch I'd purchased many years ago. Other than jumping through all of the hoops, including signing up and getting asked to complete reviews (like this one), I was kept informed of the progress of the shipping. Further, the watch was delivered to me well packaged and in excellent condition.
I would use them again.
First time I've ordered a watch from Chrono24 and I must say a very good experience. The choice and options from the worldwide network of dealers is excellent as are the prices. In many cases the cost is much less than a second hand watch from UK sources. The Escrow payment system offers another layer of security especially if you are a first time buyer of an expensive watch from overseas. I will be using Chrono24 for my next watch purchase and can thoroughly recommend this company.
The incorrect was sent first. Totally different model than the advertised one.
Had to be sent back for a cost, which, I have not been reimbursed yet.
The second time shipped it was delayed for a week and not as described, couple of strap links missing.
Extra links had to be shipped again.
I have waited for a total 2 months until I have the correct item I originally ordered.
And still not reimbursed for the shipment cost.
Chrono24 has been of no help whatsoever. Every contacts are directly to the seller.

Seller proposed a good deal with delivery on a new watch that made it easy to accept. Communications was quick and clear, the whole transaction was completed in 10 days from first email to delivery Germany to Australia. Delivery and taxes from freight handler was as expected and didn't hold up the process. Will use Chrono24 and contact this seller for any future purchases.
I bought a Rolex Submariner from the Chrono24 website. I paid through their secure website, got the watch in two days and all was as described. This is a great site to reliably buy watches and I've bought more than a few and always without complications. These guys screen sellers so each purchase is with confidence.
I'm partial to certain brands and Chrono24 carries them all, from top luxury watches to more affordable ones.
