Communication from the time you order to the time you get your product in your hands.
The person I communicated with was fast and helpful. So, customer service was good.
I never received one of two items I ordered - a refund was processed and I got my money back. However, I would have liked to know what happened, maybe the item was actually out of stock, I don't know. Nobody informed me of what was going on, I just got an email saying I'm getting a refund. I'm pretty upset because that item is what made me place an order in the first place, the other one was extra.
Just wished they would be more careful with hat shipping so that it doesn't come all flat and misshapen
Don't buy here, they will Take your money any way they can. Return cost 10€ in shipping plus 12€ in fees, which is very much Not legal.
I am happy with my products, however I'm not a fan of the customer service because I can't even talk to a real person. And the shipping was a little rocky as well. I got one item on its own, and then it took 8 days for me to get the other 3! Wasn't very fond of that

Easy to navigate and lots of nice items. My delivery came relatively fast and on time with no problems.
Picture matches product. It was better than I expected. I'm between a M and L. Chose L and it fit perfectly. Delivery takes a little longer, but not outrageously so.
The ruched shirt had a neck opening that was sewn way too small and the sleeves we very uncomfortable even with the ruched design. They seemed to be sewn off as well because the material is so stretchy.
The Christmas lights sweater was way too big.

I love the teal color and it fits great! Playsuits can sometimes not fit me well due to my curvy figure, however, the elastic band on the inside made it easy to put on. Sophisticated and light weight fabric.
