At least the size exchange should be easier and possible without shipping it back to China.
I really loved one of the products, but the other 2 products I wanted to return. I started the return process but was confused by it and in the end it wasn't worth paying for shipping to ship it back. So, I guess it is just a wash.
I looked on the site, read reviews, and all my items came as pictured. They fit perfectly and for reasonable prices.
It took quite some time for my order to arrive to the Netherlands (around 2 full weeks), but it arrived well packaged and I could follow the track and trace pretty well.
Service great but I need to swap for larger size. I am hoping to be able to do that.

I loved the two pieces I ordered, and loved them together, but sadly the fit was off on both and I had to return.
Overall, I had a good experience with ChicWish. I'm always skeptical about clothing ads that pop up on Facebook, so I decided to read some blogs/reviews. I ended up purchasing 2 skirts and a sweater The material is GREAT (unlike another company that begins with an S). Shipping times are what you'd expect, coming from China. However, we're all so used to Amazon Primes 2 day shipping, so it wasn't THAT bad. It was exactly 2 weeks from when I ordered, to when I received the products. One of the items didn't fit, and the exchange was super simple.

This is my first time shopping ChicWish and I couldn't be happier. The prices are unbelievably low and the quality is excellent. Great selection of really flattering clothes.
Hits and misses with really long delivery times and minimal communication.
I bought XL but It was excessively large for me, even though i chose it checking the measures scheme. I suggest to take the L if in dubt.
That is all I can say. I let them know that I did not receive my package and all they keep telling me is that it was delivered. I understand that the company is saying that they delivered it but I am letting you know that I never received it. It should not be be difficult for $40.00 item. Have to do a dispute with my credit card company now.
