This is the worst fashion vendor I have ever bought cloth. I have returned some items of my order and never received the refund for it! The customer service is terrible and doesn't want to help me. I have send plenty of mails to them but they left me without answers of my requests. My recommendation is to never buy anything from this vendor. You will be disappointed!

The items I received were a perfect fit, which was very nice.
I liked the materials as well.
However, a few items were clearly not completely new, there was cat hair on the wool, and stains in a dress.
I complained about this with customer service and they handled this very nicely. It leaves me content about the whole shopping experience at ChicWish, even though at first I was a little disappointed.

The dress looks good on the picture and in reality. Nevertheless, the zipper does not function the way it should. It is impossible to open the zipper all the way down. I must struggle to put the dress on, and this is really inconvenient. I am considering to change the zipper. Have your customers ever had the same problem or I am the only one?
I ordered the same sweater in the SM and in the L/XL. Didn't like fit for either. Took a month to receive! Now I'm in the returns process and have sent them back. I hope the returns process is better than the purchase process!

Such a beautiful dress, perfect for the occasion. As described and as seen. Only took 11 days from order to delivery too, and great price as well
My order was confirmed same day, it was delivered 2 weeks after that and the quality was really good.
This is my 2nd order with Chicwish. I love the quality of the clothing and shopping online is easy. The only thing I would ask is that more of the tops are available in larger sizes. Thank you.

The size wasn't good for me. There was no size mentioned on the pants. I ordered XXL, but this one was small on me & no size written too

It took long to get (1 month from when I placed my order). I do really like my items so if I place any orders again, I'll just keep in mind that it will take a long time to arrive.
