Disappointed that shipping was from China, despite saying otherwise on their website. However, shipping was speedy and majority products arrived in one parcel.

I shop on this site all the time and will definitely continue. Everything I've bought is unique, classy, elegant—exactly the style I love. I live in Bosnia and Herzegovina, so delivery takes about a month, but it's worth the wait.

The material is ok but I am not able to wear it. I am size XS but the waistline of this skirt is XXS.

Other than waiting 4 weeks as I picked the cheapest postage option all good. When I contacted the customer care team as I was missing an item I was pleased to be contacted a few hours later which put me at ease that my product was coming.
I hesitate to use Chicwish. I do like there clothes, but delivery is so slow to where I live. Meaning if I want to return/refund something there 30 day policy won't allow me.
I was pleasantly surprised that it's actually a high-quality product and looks exactly like the picture. The delivery was fast too, and when I had trouble with my email and couldn't log into my account, the customer service was very helpful in helping me track the coat.

Great fit for curvy girls like myself who is usually a small/med top and large bottoms. It's hard to find dresses that fit. So I was happy to have found this one.
