I felt like I got a good deal on a couple of cute skirts. They shipped relatively quickly, and I found the quality to be acceptable when they arrived. I'm really happy with my purchase.

I ordered six products and I loved four of them. I like the other two OK but the sizes were off. Now I'm having trouble with the return process so that's frustrating.

Everything went well, no issues. Ordering was easy and items arrived in a timely manner.

Great shopping experience and customer service. Product were just as described. Though my sweater is too big... its still very pretty! I would recommend some more clarity over shipping as I paid a bit extra to get it in time for an event, but I wasn't aware there is a week of order/prep time before it shipped out.

I have ordered from Chic wish for 4 years, but the last two years I have received items poorly sewn with damage to them. It takes so long to receive some of the items that when you go to return what doesn't fit on the day you receive the last item, they say you are more than 25 days past your order date and can't return. I will no longer be shopping from ChicWish, unfortunately.

Very happy query the product. The time to delivery took longer than expected based n on pay experiences. The local delivery service used was not great, they delivered off hours/very late and missed a delivery opportunity before.

After my first order I will definitely add ChicWish to my list to purchase from again! Affordable, great quality, sizing is on point. Delivery was as expected.

Easy to shop online but items shop from China and take few weeks. Sizing is not accurate

My credit card company kept declining and came back as "suspicious activity". I don't understand why. I told them it was OK but by that time I used and alternate card that went through. Just the same, with the sizing issues and the credit card issues, I really think twice about ordering again, even though the clothing is super cute. It also takes a very long time to get the items shipped to the US. I don't know where they originate.

Also there a no customer service number and the return process was difficult. Label could not be printed from the site and I had to pay to ship it back out of pocket so I could meet the 5 day return window

This was my first order from Chicwish. I ordered two items, a maxi skirt and a "coatigan."
It did take a little bit of time for shipping, which I expected, but both products were excellent quality. I would definitely order from them again!

Three items I ordered were delivered right away with no issues. My fourth item was delayed. I emailed 3 weeks after my purchase to see when it would be shippped. The next day I got a message it was on its way. Finally 12 days later it arrived. I think they may have forgot about my fourth items if I hadn't emailed them.
