Returns not really financially sensible from Australia due to the cost of return shipping to USA. It would have cost almost half of my total order cost to return one item.

It would have helped if there had been a UK telephone contact. I could have cancelled quite quickly.
Also put a return label in the parcel, making life much easier.
One of the products I ordered came quite a bit later than the other and because of that it was too late for the occasion I ordered it for.

I wish that shipping was faster but the products are great.

The dress was a different shade of red than expected. I thought it was a cherry red, hoping it would be closer to watermelon, but it is bluer - like fuchsia or mauve. The size was good: I'm a 40, 42, 47 and (while L was recommended) I ordered XL which fit. The waist is not tight. I've returned it because of the color being off, but I think it was an elastic waist. Also, the waist was not at waist level. It was high. If I had large bosoms, it would be right under them. I am 5'8" (small chested) and the waist was halfway between the bottom of my bra and my waist. It didn't look bad since the skirt is very full - it didn't look like a maternity dress. The length was good for me - down to my ankles - and it hung evenly front and back. The arm holes were large and the sleeves are very see through, so I was a little self conscious that if I reached up, my arm pit was visible.

I got exactly what I ordered and am really enjoying these clothes.

I was worried I wouldn't get my missing item or wouldn't get a refund. But a few days later, I got an email response saying it's kn the way! I'm very happy with my order and that they sent me my missing item.

Great experience with customer service and returns

I waited 4 weeks for item to be delivered. Two of them had deeply disappointed me. Skirt is awful quality.

Easy checkout. Nice to get discount code offer. Return/exchange is a little more complicated.

I think the material is a bit cheaper than expected so I wouldn't buy from them again, but for the two pieces that I got they are ok and I can find ways to style them. However, the delivery process was smooth with no delays.

I liked the items that I purchased, delivery as scheduled.

I kept seeing a beautiful linen dress from ChicWish on Instagram but I try not to be tempted by those ads because the companies always are shipping from China and can be untrustworthy both in quality of the product, shipping speed and customer service. But the ChicWish website made it appear that is was going to ship from the U.S. There was even a California address on the Contact Us page so I bit the bullet and placed my order for the dress to wear to an event. As predicted, it took over 2 weeks to show any shipping progress and it was obvious it was coming from oversees, China or another Asian country. It took a full three weeks to arrive. I will say the dress exceeded my expectations in quality. It was a little big but I didn't have time to attempt an exchange with my now tight timeframe. For this reason, I don't know if I will order from ChicWish again.

Beautiful selection of clothes. I ordered 3 item. Order came to 2 packages. One of the tops was not a good fit so I decided to return it. In the end, this was not worthwhile because the shipping back to the USA cost almost as much as the item.

I returned all three products I ordered due to poor construction, cheap fabric and bad design.

This is my first time ordering from ChicWish. I am very pleased. Beautiful T-shirts, perfect for a date, an elegant night out or a meeting with the family. I love them already.
