I am not satisfied with the customer support for returns. I have followed the instructions and my return was received on April 11,2024. Still no confirmation email that my return was received and no refund. I emailed for additional support and only got an email offering me more discount. No mention of my return from customer support at all.
Easy to order from their website. They took approx 3 weeks to deliver the dress but they do provide updates on the shipping and delivery if you provide an e-mail address.

Not a great experience. Took forever to get the dress, dress was way to small and did not follow the size chart, and then when I tried to return the shipping label never worked. Overall, not a great experience.

I love Chicwish. I ordered from them a few years ago but the process was difficult so it took me a while to order again. This time the check out process was much better. I will be ordering again soon. They provide quality dresses at better fair prices.
