The items I received were beautiful and fit. However once trying on, the style is just too "young" for my age in my early 60's. Just wasn't my style.
The site was easy to navigate and the dress came relatively quickly.
The ordering process was quite easy, though it wasn't clear at first that it can take up to 5 days to process and order before it is shipped, which can take another 5 days.
I have bought clothes and they sent a different item from the one I ordered but they solved the issue.
I really like the dress. Is just like in the picture. I will like to purchase more if I will find another dress.

Exchanges are difficult to accomplish on the website.
Process to purchase is simple, items arrived separately and no shipping info for each delivery was given so was hard to track etc. the return process is a pain in the butt, by the time I received the. I have maybe 5 days for them to receive it back for me to get an exchange or refund. So if I did send it then it would likely get there but I wouldn't get a refund or a skirt etc.
The site did not provide me with a process or tracking at all for my order. It just randomly showed up at the doorsteps. One item got delayed and showed up about 4 weeks later. I did not have a very great first purchase experience with Chicwish. Their tracking process can be better.
Nice, fast and easy shopping experience. Highly recommended.
