I ordered two items to wear to an anniversary date night; I ordered these 2 1/2 weeks ahead of the event. However, the items did not ship from the US as indicated on ChicWish's site. They shipped from China; one item arrived in time, but the other arrived 5 weeks later. I am very disappointed and will not order from ChicWish again.
The products are great, but it takes quite a long time to receive your package.
The product is good but it's difficult to reach customer service and they tell you on the site that you have the option to pay with afterpay but when you get to the payment option it doesn't allow it. It's very confusing and false advertising.
The clothes are beautiful but they do run a little small and shipping took almost a month and I ended up getting it after I actually needed it
Nice quality most sizes run smaller but are stretchy and cute styles!
Very bad service. I returned the product and they did not give me my money back.
I ordered three sweaters, all size Small. When they finally came they were absolutely huge on me. They were sent in two different bags but the Return required they be returned in one single bag. I had to construct a single bag from the two in order to return the sweaters. Very frustrating!
It's been almost a month and I still haven't received the items I ordered. Very disappointed!

This site does not deliver good quality clothes, and then they charge you for returns
I received your ChicWish jeans but they don't fit. The waist is too tight. I am trying to return the jeans but am finding Returns to be extremely difficult, and although I expressed this problem on Chat three days ago, I have not gotten an agent. Your ChicWish service is inefficient and hard to contact. On top of every thing, the jeans took a month to arrive. My order # is 124 120 220 21 and my name is Jennifer Carrasco.
I would like to return because what I undestood is 25 days from time I receive the clothes and of course holidays are not included
Package has still not arrived and it was ordered Dec 6!
I still haven't received part of my order for over a month. The part that was sent had tiny sized shirts. And when I login to the website with my email it has no order history so I have no way of returning. I've asked to speak to a customer representative on the phone and apparently that's an impossible thing to ask.
