I was pleasantly surprised that it's actually a high-quality product and looks exactly like the picture. The delivery was fast too, and when I had trouble with my email and couldn't log into my account, the customer service was very helpful in helping me track the coat.

I like the dresses I received, however the estimated shipping times were inaccurate. It took several days before my dresses were sent out, and the shipping took longer than estimated. The products came from China, and that wasn't clear when I placed my order.

I couldn't find info on my tracking number or shipping so I emailed them after 15 days. They emailed back promptly with my tracking number. Although it took a while to receive, I was so impressed by the swift reply.

You can't choose an option to get the delivery to the post office, just your address. There were also some troubles with the payment, the website couldn't take it from the first two or three times. The website needs some improvement.

The products are cheaply made, and no customer service exists so they get to keep the money, they don't want to honor returns and they are a company based in CHINA!
They deliberately hide this fact. Buyers Beware!

This business utilizes unfair practices with returns, putting shoppers into positions wherein only a time-machine or psychic skills would give them justice. I ordered an item on 15 September. I (finally) received the skirt on 15 October. When I went to return it, I was told I had 25 days FROM TIME OF ORDER to initiate a return for a refund. The smart reader of this review will recognize that I had not yet received the order by then. But alas, in Chicwish's world of customer service, I should have anticipated the return and started the process by paying $5+ dollar for a return item form dated within the 25 days of order. In my world, however, that seems wasteful, pessimistic, and rather stupid.

It took a very long time beetje I had all the items. They came in 3 packages. The last one arriving 30 days after the order was placed. This is very tight with wanting to return items all in 1 package, to reduce shipping costs. Quality of most products was below my expectation, and prices are considerable, so price-quality balance is off.

I love how they put pieces together to make beautiful ensembles. But these pieces are not working for me. Maybe for a tall lanky type.

The dress was beautiful and more than I expected. It was comfortable and good quality. However, while expedited the order, it took too long to arrive and I did not get it in time for the event.
