I returned my entire order to the U.S. address provided by the shop, with fully correct customs documentation, and paid €135 in return shipping. The shop then refused to accept the parcel, which caused it to be sent back to me. Since then, they have not provided a clear solution and have ignored the two options DHL confirmed are available in such cases (acceptance with fees or destruction). Instead, they repeatedly suggest sending the parcel to the same address again, which is exactly what caused the refusal and high costs in the first place.
Conclusion: Returns from Europe appear unreliable with this retailer. Despite correct handling on my side, I was left with significant costs and no practical support. European customers should be aware of these risks.

I ordered a dress for a wedding and it was absolutely gorgeous. The fit was true to size and the color was exactly like the website photo. I wish the lining were a little thicker, but it photographed beautifully!

Chicwish never misses when it comes to details. I bought a ruffled knit top and the lace trim around the collar is so elegant. It's those little touches that make their pieces stand out in a sea of fast fashion.

I absolutely love how Chicwish designs capture that vintage, yet trendy vibes. I bought the lace midi skirt and go to so many compliments and brunch! It hugs the waist perfectly and flows so gracefully highly recommend for anyone who loves time less elegance.

Ordered ten items, only received four. Waited a month and contacted customer service, which they don't make easy, only to have them say the items were delivered giving me the tracking information for the first package that arrived. I responded that all the items were not in the package and to please send the missing six items (over $200 in clothes) or issue a refund to which they stopped responding. I filed a claim with PayPal and am waiting to see if PayPal will make it right and refund my $249. DO NOT TAKE THE RISK and purchase from this site. Items are being shipped from overseas, based on the grammar in the customer service email, customer service is not based in the US and once they have your money you have no recourse if/when they don't send your items. BUYER BEWARE!

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Chicwish. I placed an order on January 24,2025, and requested to cancel it on January 28,2025, while it was still marked as "Processing" on their website. Despite their own policy allowing cancellations for unprocessed orders, they denied my request and provided a tracking number that is invalid. USPS still shows the status as "Label Created, not yet in system," meaning the package hasn't even been handed over to the carrier.

Chicwish's lack of transparency and misleading responses have been deeply disappointing. They refused to honor my cancellation request and have not provided valid shipping updates or any real resolution. I'm left with no product, no refund, and an invalid tracking number.

I've had to escalate this issue to the BBB and my bank to dispute the charge. I would not recommend Chicwish to anyone. Their practices are unprofessional, and their customer service is unhelpful. Proceed with caution if you choose to shop here.
