The shipping took over 2 weeks and customer support was useless no option for expedited shipping not to mention the shoes I bought were for a wedding I was in and by the time the wedding was over my shoes were falling apart.

I had to chase my order, to be told there was a delay with my delivery,,, when I placed the order it stated 7-10 days. My order took over 3 weeks to arrive. No compensation for the delay which I'd bought for a gift, hence too late!

Most of the evening dresses are very thin and the bathers were not in proportion top n bottom

I was a little concerned that the products may not be as nice as they looked on the website, bower I had no need to worry they arrived when I was told they would, tracking was east and product was exactly what was on website and good quality. I ordered size Small but think next time I would order XS, but that is down to me and not Chicme
Outfit was apserluty beautiful just as you see it on the site perfect fit and the service was great. Had a little problem with delivery but that was my owne mistake and the customer service team felt with it straight away and sorted it for me straight away
I have checked two dresses of different sizes. In the end I did not like the design of the dress and when I wanted to return it, I had to speak to 4 different people via chat. There was no full refund of the value of the two products, otherwise I had to accept only 10%. Terrible service

This particular shirt runs small. I typically wear a medium, but because I was purchasing it online I ordered size up to large and it is too small. The return policy is ridiculous so I would not buy or purchase anything from this company again
Never got my order, I have emailed a few times and all I am told is that it's on it's way.

I ordered the same shirt twice and the size was wrong both times. Both times the shirt was too small. In US sizes I wear a medium. I ordered the shirt in large the first time and in extra large the second time. And the dress I got is too big. And I didn't know how to return the products

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!
