For the second year in a row I have ordered my annual Christmas company dress through here due to price and quality! I always get tons of compliments!
Very very disappointed Lack off help for returning my order, still haven't received any response to help with return address/label still have goods which I need to return, time has run out for return tried several times, but still have the cheek to charge me for items.😡😡😡😡
No problems once in a while in the past, there had been back orders and delays. But still ended up with my items.

I haven't ordered from chicken for a while. I moved to Gennessee. I noticed that I needed to change my address. I changed it in the order form twice before it took. I checked again to make sure in my order review. It went to the old address. I contacted Customer Servoce and they said,Sorry, you asked us to send it to the old address. No help, no offer of assistance, I emailed back hoping for a better outcome. Same email. Basically, sorry about your luck." No help no assistance. So I'm out the merchandise. I won't order from you again.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!
