J'ai contacté différents organismes et mon service juridique me demande de déposer plainte.

A ce jour, et malgré les preuves évidentes que ce colis n'a jamais été livré, vous refusez de procéder à mon remboursement de 170 euros. Je vous rappelle que, conformément à la législation en vigueur, vous êtes dans l'obligation de me rembourser l'intégralité du montant payé, le colis n'ayant jamais été réceptionné. Face à votre refus injustifié, j'ai pris la décision de signaler votre entreprise auprès des autorités compétentes et des organismes de défense des consommateurs. J'attends une résolution rapide et conforme à vos obligations légales. Sans réponse favorable sous 48 heures, je me verrai contrainte d'engager les démarches nécessaires pour faire valoir mes droits. I received two dresses of the same. I wanted to return them in a timely fashion, but customer service was not good. I still have the dresses that don't fit properly. I followed instructions, but didn't receive a response.
Was not as well made as expected, buttons and rear material flap did not stay during normal wear. Size xl was not a good fit.
Just received my order today. Bought 3 items. Very happy with 2 items. The third item was very disappointing thanks
Very bad, a very long wait for my orders, and they only send a letter saying that my order is delayed.

Experience was good just wish delivery was quicker. Clothing does run a little small.
Ordered three dresses too small and too big tried to return and it was a horrible experience. Impossible to get your money back. Will never ever shop with ChicMe again.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!

Answer: Because they are a scam. I am in the same boat. Don't give up, dispute it if you can. Don't let those thieves keep your money. And you will probably never get your package. If you do, wear a gas mask while unwrapping because it'll smell as bad as it looks (nothing like the ads!)
