The "dress" looks like a thin nightgown. It looks cheap and nothing like the picture. Very unhappy with this purchase and will look to return.
Item was ordered and not delivered, when contacted chic me tried to blame me, said check with neighbour, then provided a tracking number, when checked it had been returned to sender, I asked for a refund for the whole amount and they refused, wouldn't refund postage and another amount, would only refund for item bought, in the end I agreed to delivery because I was out of options, will never use again

The sweater is not what was described in the picture and is not free flowing as advertised. The neck does not fall off shoulder it is more a fitted v neck style. The sweater is overly thick and bulky. I would not purchase this if given the opportunity again! Plus it took like over 3 weeks to come — a waited disappointment!

Excellent delivery service fast could have been a little quicker but I know it was coming overseas so expected a little delay. Hopefully this time next year delivery will be quicker like SHEIN here within 1 week at my home address. A beautiful coat I cannot wait to wear for my holiday in November and for the winter months. I received two dresses of the same. I wanted to return them in a timely fashion, but customer service was not good. I still have the dresses that don't fit properly. I followed instructions, but didn't receive a response.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!
