My 2 piece outfit is perfect. Good quality and it's exactly the way it looks in the picture.

Delivery driver took to wrong address even though address was clearly marked on the package. The occupant of that address was sble to call me though because even my phone number was on it anc I was sble to go pick up from them. Chic me is a great company nut the contracted delivery service is not.

If the clothes is not fit me, I'm very dissatisfied with the handcraft material, all the product, it should not take me a week to get to what I am asking for. A full refund and a return was needed, and was never accomplished due to your poor customer service. Offering and give me a partial refund it's not Acceptable. I will never be buying from you guys again and I will spread the word about this very unpleasant experience.

Item just like the advertised picture and the fit was true to size

I have been receiving a mass of emails since placing my order. I have unsubscribed countless times as well as contacted the non existent customer service with no resolution at all. I would have never ordered from this company if i knew this was the service i would receive. I had to file a report to attempt to get the emails to stop, yet here i am receiving a survey.

Got to admit I was a little miffed when my packaged don't show up in time for my trip… but I got over it when the dress arrived! Fit perfectly! Very happy with the quality as well feel of the material

I had asked about returning an item but that question was never answered

I needed to return one of the pairs of pants I ordered and never received approval to do so. I will not be ordering again from Chic Me. Very difficult to deal with even though they say you can return products.
Always get stuck with them.

Products are great, girlfriend happy. However 3/4 week delivery period from order is to long.

Need bigger sizes and more options still, this time was a little bit better

Have always shopped with ChicMe even though it takes long to come but the problem was sending an item back which was to small, waiting for a return info all I got back was them tell me they will give me 30 percent off to keep it when I ask for a return I don't expect them to tell me about percent off I expect a return form then all of this messing around at the end I just took the 30 percent off but will never order from them again to long winded.
