Placed my order after 2 weeks wasn't even prepared for shipping. After asking for a refund they asked me to wait longer I had ordered a month prior to an event and wouldn't get in time.

I expected the product to be lower quality and was surprised when it was nicer. The fit was perfect.
The delivery was extremely slow. I ended up having to contact customer service and inquire about my order. They stated there was a delay and one of the items I ordered wasn't available and that it would be sent out at a later time. The item descriptions were correct, the quality is decent but I'm not sure I will place another order due to the long wait for the package to arrive. Also the prices could be lower, I found they are a little pricey compared to other online retailers

Dress was lovely once it came but took 4 weeks and after 2 weeks I had to chase up where my order was and was told out of stock and had to wait to restock took 4 weeks in totally apart from awful customer service dress is great

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!
