Rubish did not recive my things was asked to give you another couple of days still nothing. I had my money back

It did not tell me expected delivery date! It took too long to come, I had needed the dress for an occasion b4 Christmas.

I still haven't received my item despite my order being accepted and money taken 6 weeks ago. Only communication from company can when I chased. Experience has put me off using again. Very poor.

Most of the items I got were fine except for the plaid jacket had like a discoloration at the bottom it was a Christmas gift and she will wear it anyway I was a little disappointed in that item

The item I ordered was out of stock, but no one let me know until I enquired where my parcel was.However I will say they dealt with my refund very quickly once the problem was made known to them. I would therefore consider ordering from them again.

The jumper dress was nothing like the one advertised, the material was very cheap and nasty (it was similar to the red fluffy cover you put around the bottom of your Xmas tree
They then informed I had to pay £5 postage to return it, even though the item wasn't wearable and very poor quality. I've thrown it away now as too much inconvenience and cost to return it. I will never buy from them again

I ordered a Christmas dress at the end of November and got it 2 days after Christmas. Now I have to wait a full year to wear it smh!

Never received item. They said it was sent but then they said they were outta stock after 7 weeks.

Runs small, I did not order this item. I agreed to receive this instead because the original item I ordered was out of stock and never received a notification about that. Will return it
