Dress was delivered late for Christmas so I kept it for New Year. Did not sit on me as displayed by the model. The dress was full of sequins which caught on each other & is all catches now & I can't wear it again. I was advised I couldn't return it as I had missed the 14 days even though it was faulty.

You guys still have not sent me a return label and you all are not offering me a full refund for an item I can not use so you all are also scammers and thieves! Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
