Order came within 2 weeks and I love the dress. It looks just like it did on the video and was true to size

The order took a very long time to get to me and my jacket had a small hole in the shoulder. Everything is super big I don't think they sized them correctly.

It was a good experience but it takes a long time to receive your order once you purchase it

I had to reach out twice to finally have someone help me and shipped part of my order while waiting on the remaining back order article.

I ordered the same dress in a L12-14 and a XL16 (I am a 12-14. Both dresses are tiny and I couldn't get either of them on.

I received my order and all but the sweater was okay. I didn't get my money's worth and I would not buy again. The sweater cardigan was supposed to be a nice soft pink and what I received was a horrible neon bright color. It's awful and I will never wear it.

I ordered two items 30 days before Christmas but they were not delivered until after Christmas. Tracking on the site does not give good detail about where the package is or how long it will take to arrive. Disappointed with the timeline when every other online merchandiser was able to get items to my home within days or a couple of weeks.

Easy shopping great prices. Your return policy is not great. Two of the items are way too big and my last choice to return is to return the merchandise at my expense and you only give me 10% discount of the value of the goods. That is terrible customer service all the other sites offer 100% full refund prepaid shipping, so I will not be ordering from chic me anymore no matter how good your prices are.

Definitely will order again. It fit perfectly. Definitely true to size.

Ok used before just long delivery and was not here in time for Xmas

Shopping experience was great however product was NOT for plus size when I was in fact shopping for plus size. Product doesn't fit me what so ever.
