Took a long time for times to be delivered, I made two enquiries about delay. Only once did you tell me that there was not enough stock and it was on back order. Eventually arrived after Christmas. Products are of good quality.

I ordered pants they were too baggy. I wanted to return them but was told I could not. Then I was told if I pay to return them I could only get a store credit instead of a refund to my credit card. So now I have a pair of pants that don't fit and I'm disappointed in ChicMe! Happy New Year!

Soft fabric, cute sequins, size was accurate. Did not fit oversized as advertised, but that's just fine. It's adorable.

I received a pair of new pants that had rips and tears, and then I immediately asked for a refund and didn't return them. They keep telling me I can't return them offered me a replacement item I selected it they then declined. It asked for a refund they won't give me the shipping for it. We are now fighting through PayPal. They will not give my shipping money back.

It was a lively dress but way to small on the bottom and hips - I am a size 10-12 and ordered the large but could not get the bottom part of dress over my hips or the zip done up
