Placed an order for several items for Xmas. Ordered on the 4th December and they only turned up on the 23rd of December. That was way longer than indicated and nearly missed Xmas. Would not use again any time soon.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
