I was pleasantly surprised with this top. Didn't know what to expect but this top is made well, love the lining and fit was true to size

The coat I ordered was nothing like the coat advertised, cheap, thin, rubbish, would not send me a returns label, ended up accepting 50% refund and keep it for a dog walking coat, the top I ordered never arrived and they would not refund me instead offering a £10 cash coupon which I refused as I would never use this company again or recommend to anybody

I ordered an extra large my mistake I needed a large I just sent it back today. It wasn't easy and I sent it back for a large I really like the jacket. It is very nice but it was just too big for me. I hope it gets back to you and I can get a large sent to me, I sent it to the address that was provided to me from all the emails I sent asking for a return label did not get one had to do it a different way
ChicMe suggested I keep the item and they would give me back a precentage of my initial payment. ( what good is an item to me if it does not fit)

Easy to place order and make payments. Loved the item but was very disappointed in the size. Was much smaller than I expected. Not comparable with normal UK sizing. Will now sadly need to return it which is proving less easy.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!
