Good thing that order was paid through the clearpay, who help me get my stuff. After one month I received my order 🙈

I ordered 3 items on Dec 12th and received them on Jan 13th! :( Also, the overall quality of the items are cheap and nothing like the pics shown! Unfortunately, I will never order from you again the items went in the garbage!

C'est une première expérience. J'avais bien hâte d'avoir vos articles. Malheureusement, ils ne sont pas tous adéquats pour moi. Donc, comme le shipping de retour n'est pas inclus, je vais devoir garder les articles mêmes s'ils ne conviennent.

I payed expedited shipping and didn't receive my package. Contacted customer service and told me it's USPS fault.

I ordered a jumper 8th December - it's now 16th January, they will not refund me as I have to return the item yet I have never recurved the item so how can I return it. Customer service do not want to help keep telling me the same thing 'we can't refund until to return item ' this is a horrid customer service I will never purchase anything from this site and will shame them

Goods and clothing looks good but shouldn't be ask to pay for delivery these days.! There was a delay due to stock shortage resulting in delivery being late for Christmas.

I ordered a coat and a bag,the coat is amazing I love it and the bad is absolutely horrible it came all squashed and I can't get it to Reagan it's shape so it's just laying at the back of my draw which was a shame because it looked gorgeous in the pic.

Clothes are great but delivery takes a very long time which is a shame.
