Stuff looks cheaper in person. I was really excited but it just doesn't look right.

My item arrived damaged and customer service was excellent and I received full refund although not the postage.

Absolutely shocking been waiting for weeks for the delivery says it's been delivered to a neighbours house? No card, spoke with neighbours and none of them have taken a parcel for me! Will not be ordering from here again that's for sure

I received 4 items. 2 out of the 4 items were damaged/defective. I asked for a refund and they will only offer 50%. They shirt and pants are not wearable. The shirt collar is inside out and will not even lay down enough to even try to repair it. The pants patches are not tacked down and when you put them on, they fold all in different directions. Seller says I can return items at my expense, which would basically leave me with no refund. See 1 pants photo and 2 shirt photos and 1 of what shirt is supposed to look like. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!

Ordered in august an still waiting for it to arrive

As I was wearing it, it started to come apart so I can't wear this again

The red dress I ordered is not as what I expected, the fabric is not good, very cheap quality.

I like the shirt I bought. It just took a little while to arrive. About three weeks

Received my item. Took weeks but appreciate that things can take a while. Dress was too small so messaged about a refund and to return the dress. They first offered 50% refund and to keep the dress. I declined and asked for a FULL refund and to return the dress. They then offered 70% refund and keep the dress. Again, declined asking for a full refund and return dress. They told me they'd send a return label and it would cost me £4 to return. I said that was fine. Theirs was 3 days ago and they still haven't sent me the label nor replying to my messages. All in all, it's been about 2 weeks of communication.
Absolutely rubbish! Will not be buying from them and will be advising everyone I know not to either.

When I received my package it was wet. When I opened it the jacket was also wet as the package hadn't been sealed properly. The jacket smelt really bad and was not wearable.

Too small! I order Large but I got Small. It can't be large.

We're do I start!?!? The parcel was apparently delivered at first 06:17am then secondly at 22:10. I never received the parcel the courier accepted responsibility for it saying they left it insecurely. Yet Chic me are adamant it's been delivered and offered me a £10 voucher as compensation when the order value was £38! Terrible customer service please don't use this company they will take your money and leave you out of pocket
