Order on15/12/23. When I ask where it was suddenly it changed on the app to shipped. Still not got the item.
Terrible company
First time using! I noticed order had not dispatched logged on to site and 2 things out of stock so not shipped. They cancelled items and proceeded to ship others ( which no good without the other items) I was told I can't cancel as to hard to locate parcel and can I receive and return! Ok I said! Then to return items I have not even tried on they said I have to agree to pay? I said I received order to help them as items missing etc they said pay or keep! I refused to pay for over a week numerous people saying ok no pay no return label you keep not our problem! Shocking 😮 I paid to get label but they refusing to refund it. It feels like bullying tactics no care awful service scam customer service no managers shoddy bad company AVOID stick to shein!
