Ordered items December 16th got notification it was dispatched 29th December so did not arrive until over a week into January so no longer needed item as party had passed then to be told I had to pay to return which is rubbish most well intact all other sites I use it's free returns however agreed to pa "about £5" to return the item to be then went a hill of £10.58 which is double what I was told "about £5" I have been in contact with no help just keep being told I have to pay the shipping fee as the item has been sent but it was free delivery when I ordered so can't be free then because I have returned the item knowing I've to pay "about £5" to then be asked for over double and continuously told that can't re find the shipping fee they sent the item 🤷🏼

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
