I was not satisfied with my purchase. The quality was bad, the color was ugly and I didn't like how it fit. I contacted them to return it for a refund or a credit and return the awful item back to them. But NO, that's not how they handle your dissatisfaction. They offer Pennie's on the dollar and ask you to keep the awful item. I will NEVER do business with them again.

Online shopping can sometimes be stressful due to poorly made products, poor customer service and delays in delivery. However, my experience with ChicMe was excellent. Products well made and very efficient delivery.
Horrid experience. I placed an order and a week later I decided I wanted to cancel it as I realised it wouldn't arrive on time for my event. I contacted customer services and corresponded with a lady called Cherry and asked for my order to be cancelled as it hadn't been dispatched however, she kept insisted it will be dispatched and completely ignored my request. With many correspondences with various people my order was still not cancelled and instead fast forward 2 weeks later it's dispatched and received it a month later! Not only did ChicMe make a mistake of not cancelling my order in good time, they also deducted x 2 postage/Insurance from me and I still have not received my full refund. Never AGAIN!

I am usually a 10/12 so sizes being 10 or 12/14 made it difficult and put me off ordering g for weeks as did people feedback about difficulties with returns. I had searched for ages for some black shorts do dr used to bite the bullet and go with the bigger size, which I needed but was happy with the fit.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
