I placed two orders. All the clothes were too big so I asked to get an exchange for a smaller size. I was denied. Not realizing i missed the return request time by 4 days. They were unwilling to make a one time exception to keep a customer. The second order I made the deadline but they refused to make an exchange or a refund instead they offered me a 10% refund and I could keep the items. This is unacceptable! Now I'm stuck with $150 worth of clothes that I cannot wear. Don't order from them.

Customer service wants to offer me 60% refund and for me to keep the item. I've refused as I have no use for it and it would cost me £15 to get a new zip, I would like a full refund but they have refused to do so. So I have to pay to return it.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
